Do you use Anki for language-learning only, or does "developing microhabits" also refer to mantras/daily affirmations?

I want to use Anki for microhabits and To Dos because it reduces friction when everything is in one app. It can include anything you want to do or improve on a regular basis: mindfulness ("look around you"), health ("did you forget the third time you wanted to brush your teeth?"), personal ("have you cosidered sending your parents a voice message"). Then the intervals correspond to when I want to see the prompt again.
